We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we’d like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but should you need to return any item you must first obtain a returns number from us before returning the item. To obtain your returns number please call us on +44 203 384 5151 or use our contact us form. No returns will be accepted without a returns number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We can only accept returns up to 14 days from the invoice date.
Before contacting us, please ensure you have the following information at hand:
Your order number
The name of the item you wish to be returned to us
The reason for your return (faulty, wrong size, un-wanted)
The outcome you wish (change of size, change of style, refund)
All returned goods received within 14 days of purchasing, must be unworn, undamaged, and fully re-marketable in the condition they were purchased with the original box and tags will be given a full refund. When shipping returns always protect the original packaging refunds cannot be given if the packaging is damaged.
Should you wish to exchange your order please request the alternative item and/or size when requesting your returns number from us. As soon as we receive your returned item your new item will be despatched to you at no extra delivery charge.
If you have received faulty goods please follow the same returns procedure and we will provide you with a replacement or full refund including the cost of your return postage.
